Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare Batter: Take the desired amount of instant multi-millet dosa mix in a bowl.
  2. Add Water: Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to regular dosa batter.
  3. Rest the Batter: Allow the batter to rest for about 10-15 minutes. This helps the flours absorb water and results in better dosas.
  4. Check Consistency: Before making dosas, check the consistency of the batter. If it's too thick, add a little more water and mix well.
  5. Heat the Griddle: Heat a dosa tawa (griddle) on medium heat. Once hot, lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
  6. Pour and Spread: Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the hot tawa. Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  7. Cook the Dosa: Cook the dosa on medium heat until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown.
  8. Flip and Cook (Optional): Flip the dosa and cook the other side briefly if you prefer a crispier texture.
