All standard orders are processed and delivered on the selected Date & Time by the customers while Ordering. OrgFarm provides free delivery.

Damages
OrgFarm ensures refund or replacement for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If you find the received products to be damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim within the timeframe mentioned in refund/replacement. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Replacement Policy
OrgFarm provides a straightforward return and replacement policy to customers which entitles you to return products if you are not satisfied with the quality, freshness, or physical condition of the products. All products are fully eligible for refund/ replacement within the below-mentioned timeframe, except for the products that are provided as complementary or free.
