Jaggery Powder (Country Sugar)

Country Sugar is unrefined and unadulterated whole sugar that comes in a powder form rather than moulded. It is processed in a natural way and it is absolutely chemical-free. Raw and organic sugarcane juice is boiled and simmered till the water content is completely evaporated and reaches a semi-solid stage and then packed. Country Sugar contains the natural goodness of minerals and vitamins of the sugarcanes. It is rich in iron, magnesium, and potassium.
