Black Stone Flower (Kalpasi) - கல்பாசி

Stone flower is an aromatic spice that is used to enhance the flavour of meat-based dishes. It has no distinct taste and is light like paper. It is used extensively in Chettinad cooking, especially in chicken curries. Freshly prepared and has an amazing, long-lasting aroma and adds a unique flavour to all varieties of meat curries and marinades.
