How long does it take to have my order delivered?

Your orders will be delivered within 12 to 24 hours. Our express delivery will be delivered within 3 to 4 hours of order placement, based on availability.
What are the delivery charges?

Nothing. There are absolutely no delivery charges.
In which areas can Orgfarm deliver?

We deliver to all areas in Chennai and Bangalore.
Can I track my order?

Yes, of course. Soon after your order is out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and an online tracking link, which you can use to track your order. We are working on the live order tracking and it will be available soon.
Do you deliver on all days of the week?

Yes, we deliver on all days, throughout the week.
What is the delivery timeline?

Normally, standard delivery products will be delivered within 12 - 24 hours and express delivery will be delivered within 3 - 4 hours.
At what time do you deliver?

We deliver according to your preferred delivery time slot from our delivery slots.
Do you supply products in a cover or bag?

Our products will be supplied in both covers and bags, according to the product. However, we ensure that the bags and covers are biodegradable, eco-friendly, clean, and hygienically packed.
