  • Can I add or remove items from my existing order? Is there a time limit?

    Yes, you can add a product to the existing order 48 hours before the expected delivery date. To do so, please contact our Customer Support team at 1800 1200 907 or +91 70922 11100. In case if you exceed the order modification time limit, you may place a new order.

  • Do you have any mobile phone app?

    Currently, we are operating only on a website format. Based on our customer requests, we are considering the app platform as well. We will make an announcement once we have an update on this.

  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    Yes. The minimum order amount is Rs.200.

  • Is there a limitation in the order quantity?

    No, there is no upper limit in the order quantity. You may order as much as you want.

  • Should I register or create an account with OrgFarm to make purchases?

    Yes. Creating an account with us is mandatory as that helps us to track your purchases and serve you better.

  • Can we come and purchase the products in person?

    We have been receiving our customer requests and suggestions in this aspect. We will make an announcement once we have an update on this.

  • Modes of Payment

    To maintain social distancing, we do not bring POS machines during delivery. Instead, we encourage you to make online payment while placing the order. Razorpay is our payment partner and they accept payments via credit card, debit card, internet banking, and UPI.

  • Is there a wallet system?

    The wallet system is coming soon.

  • Is there any minimum quantity that I need to purchase?

    No, there is no minimum quantity limit for ordering. We can deliver even a single item of your choice.
